  • Ruth is a young feminist and a gender activist. She is an expert in managing programs that empower young girls and women including women with disabilities. She has worked in various human rights organization in Kenya pushing for inclusion of women with disabilities in SRHR decision making spaces and advocating for young girls' to rewrite their own stories and have full control over their bodies and power to influence decisions.

    Ruth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Gender and Women Studies from Egerton University and she is currently pursuing a certificate course on disability and sexuality rights from CREA. She has also worked in various organizations including Maendeleo ya Wanawake to advocate for feminist leadership and gender justice in Kenya.

  • Ruth loves music, trying out new recipes and impacting young girls in the society.
