Relevant Experience

Hayley has been engaged with advocacy for sexual and reproductive health and rights since 2011. Since then she has been involved in a range of projects, including working in schools in London delivering sexuality education and promoting STI screening; supporting health care providers to recognise signs of sexual exploitation; and designing HIV prevention campaign materials for young people. She has also worked as a researcher on topics including HIV-related disability and gaps in service provision for women living with HIV in the UK. She currently works with the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and coordinates ACT!2030, a youth-led social action project which supports young people in 12 countries to use data to hold their governments accountable for sexual and reproductive health and rights in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals. She is also involved with The PACT, as the focal point for comprehensive sexuality education and integrated HIV/SRHR services.

Additional Information

Hayley was born and raised in the suburbs of London, UK. She spent four years getting her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Global Health Studies in the USA, and then completed her Masters in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She loves to bake, read (science, culture, feminism), eat food of every cuisine, and has a dream of visiting all seven continents.
